Another one of these fun lawsuits.

One of the things about America is we are the litigation country of the world.

And here in Southern California, where I live, we are the most litigists, of the most litigists.

If you go to downtown, LA, the courtroom is, I believe, the largest courtroom in the world, where there's, what, eight floors, 10 floors that we remember. It's been a while since I've been to court, where there are courtrooms going.

There's a huge hallway and courtrooms on both sides, floor after floor.

I mean, it's really crazy stuff.

And it's a big, big building.

So we litigate in this country more so than anyone or any place.

So does that mean we have crazy lawsuits?

Oh, yeah, we have crazy lawsuits.

And we do something that very few other countries do, if any, and these are class action suits. Class class action suits as you may know or you have

heard me talk about are suits in which you get a group of plaintiffs who represent a whole group

usually consumers filing a lawsuit saying we all have been damaged, you have ripped off all of us, and therefore,

let's see, usually it's settled.

And the plaintiffs, that is, the people that are suing, certainly the folks who are part of that

class all get 35 cents each or 42 cents each unless they're massive damages in terms of medical damages.

And the lawyers get several million dollars, so the lawyers always score.

Okay, here's one that has just been filed and it was ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.
