There are tourist towns and then there are tourist towns.

And when you have towns like, I don't know, Palm Beach, you have towns in California and Mexico that people go to.

And the people go on break, right?

Student break, you know, the holiday breaks, and everybody goes crazy.

Or you've got places that are just known for being crazy.

And that is the case in the town of Placha de Oro, or Ato, Placcia de Arro.

Okay, it's on Spain's Costa Brava, and it is just about northeast, 60 miles, give or take of Barcelona.

And it's a redorse, a resort town.

And I'm assuming, assuming that they've had some real issues in terms of the party goers here,

because they have now introduced fines, hefty ones, for anyone daring to go out in public in costumes depicting genitalia.

You can't look and you can't dress like a schvance or look like you're

wearing a pedunka. You just can't do it. Oh, and you can't carry sex dolls around with you,

which are always fun to have, usually Japanese sex dolls. And if you get caught for walking or standing on a street

or public space without clothing do you imagine or only in your underwear then you can get

nailed for 8811.

Anti-social behavior, whatever the hell that is, which causes more of a disturbance.

That's $1,600 first time out.

No going shirtless or venturing out in a bikini in urban areas away from the beach.

Now, Placha de Arro has a population of 12,500 people on summer weekends it's 150,000 visitors a day wow council said it's even to hire more cops to enforce the rules
