| 0:59.0 | All right, usually on the corner or they're in the distribution network. Man, let me tell you about one that when you say drug dealers, you're not kidding. |
| 1:09.0 | The feds have arrested this 23-year-old Taiwanese national |
| 1:13.2 | and charged him with running an online market that sold $100 million worth of narcotics, |
| 1:25.5 | including fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, LSD, ketamine, like, that's across the |
| 1:32.4 | board. He did this for almost four years. Ruiz Singh Lin, owned, operated incognito market, |
| 1:42.2 | an online marketplace on the dark web. |
| 1:45.0 | And he, well, it looks certainly like a legitimate business. |
| 1:49.0 | He ran it like a big time business, buyer and user registration, branding, advertising, customer service. |
| 1:55.0 | And what it did is allow buyers to search through thousands of listings for the narcotics of their choice. |
| 2:02.6 | Opened in October of 2020, closed last March, when they start to, when the site started to extort buyers and sellers, |
| 2:14.6 | and asking anything from $100,000 for not revealing text messages, transaction records. |
| 2:21.3 | So not only was the site selling these illegal drugs, of course, but then blackmailing people and saying, |
| 2:31.3 | if you don't pay us X dollars, we're going to tell the world. |
