0:15.5	Today, I'm going to talk about returning to the office if you've been working remotely.
0:20.8	Also, there's a new app I've been trying out called Citizen.
0:24.4	I want to tell you what it does, what I think.
0:29.1	So we've made it to June and kick off to summer season.
0:37.2	And a lot of employers who have office workers, which about a third of us were able to do
0:44.8	the pandemic working remotely.
0:47.2	The other two thirds in the workforce had to go out and work on the road, direct customer
0:53.8	contact, whatever.
0:57.2	Because generally we're not thinking in terms of having people come back to the office
1:02.8	till after Labor Day.
1:05.0	We are right after Memorial Day and a lot of employers are calling for people to come
1:09.7	back in.
1:11.3	And it's because of the surprising success that the vaccinations have led to with a drop
1:20.7	in the number of deaths from coronavirus averaging daily somewhere around 93% decline in deaths,
1:31.2	equivalent to decline in hospitalizations.
1:33.8	The vaccines have changed the equation much quicker than anybody could have hoped for.
1:40.1	We could see an ugly winner coming up because of variance because there's a meaningful
1:46.6	percent of Americans who don't want to get vaccines.
1:52.1	And so that could be a factor coming up later.
