Summary

What causes procrastination? When you think everything has to be done perfectly instead of talking to people you slow down your process. When you do this you're building a fear of failure. However, you will fail if you never do anything. The more you fear, the more challenges you face and the more you procrastinate. The main fear source in productivity is the Imposter Syndrome. When you say ‘I feel like I want to be a leader but I feel like I'm not good enough.’ However, if you're feeling anxiety towards being a big leader, instead of being nervous and scared, you feel excited. Set short term and long term goals, but not only goals, also standards and never settle for average. Sometimes a lack of direction can easily cause a lack of confidence. In compensation, many try to do to many things at once and get easily distracted. You also have to manage your energy efficiently. Pinpoint the time that you have the best energy and are the most productive.
