Okay, you guys, I, this is one of those episodes.

Some episodes I really wish that I was filming myself, not just recording myself,

because if you didn't know, I love talking with my hands.

Like I do that when I'm podcasting, when I'm storing, when I'm talking to someone

in real life, for some reason, I thought it would be a good idea to paint my nails

before recording this episode.

So I'm trying so hard to keep my hands still so I don't knock it on like a desk or my

hydroflask or the microphone or whatever, and I look like a robot.

So just wanted to give you that visual for today's episode, but I am going to be honest

I had a completely different topic planned out, and we are going a totally different route
