Today, we are celebrating one whole year of the podcast being a thing.

Y'all, when I first started this show, I was so worried that I would run out of things to talk

about within like the first three months. But wow, I legit have a list longer than my

arm of podcast topic ideas and real talk. I don't think I will be running out of things to say

anytime soon, probably ever. I mean, if you watch my Instagram stories, you're probably very

aware of this. Adam always told me that I needed to start a podcast because I Instagram story

way too much. And honestly, he's not wrong. My little like Instagram story dots at the top.

They're supposed to be dashes. Mine are always dots because there's so many stories.

And now look, here we are with the podcast. And Adam is the one who edits it.

So it's kind of like a full circle moment, you know?

Anyway, it's honestly such a joy to just show up here and serve you every single week.
