Welcome to track number five of the beautiful job.

Everybody here must know the eight tenets of the beautiful job.

The beautiful job is described in different ways.

For instance, if I describe what is a doctor's job.

It is OPD, clinic, surgery, emergency room, ward grounds, and these four things that we always do.

Okay?

Now, on our t-shirts or on our banner, we have these words, feed, gather, carry, lead.

And it's a good job. But everybody should know the basis or we sometimes use the word PVCI or or pvt i depending on what you want to use these are things

you must know in a very clear way i somebody said what is the beautiful job and it's not something new

it's something that the beautiful job is the job

of a shepherd or a pastor. What are the things that they do? They are eight. Is this for

faith gather carry lead and then PBCI Prayer, Visitation, Counseling

Interaction. These are the

four things

and four plus four makes eight.

Okay? So I'm telling you that in other churches

you may not, they may not sit there and teach you

what are the things to do

if you are a pastor or a shepherd.

Okay.
