I got Mad Norlander here with me in the deadline for underclassment to withdraw from the NBA

draft has passed.

Bad news for North Carolina and Purdue.

Bad news for Gonzaghan, Kansas and Kentucky.

And I suppose we should start with John Calapari's Wildcats because it was their player.

I specifically, Hamadu Diallo, who was the last to publicly announce his intentions late

last night, the possible none-and-done player would drew from the NBA draft despite the likelihood

that he would have been a first round pig, Matt Norlander, where you surprised by Diallo's

decision and do you think he made the right decision?

We both said that we thought Diallo would stay in the draft and that he would never play

for Kentucky, so I guess I am a little surprised.

I can't even necessarily say that him waiting up until literally 17 minutes before the deadline

was ending.

The public would have word come out that he was staying indicates that that was an indicator

because Caleb Swanigan waited until late until Wednesday and he's gone.

I think this is big for Kentucky.

I mean, you now have Kentucky fifth.

Not convinced Kentucky's a top five team with Diallo back, but they are a much better team

with him.

I think he will be on the very short list of must-watch players.
