North Carolina where there's a big RV store called camping world that's

flying a very large American flag is 40 by 80 and the city of state's

bill is demanding that it come down and the CEO says basically says over my

dead body. Camping World's CEO Marcus Lemontus is in a battle against city

leaders over the huge American flag that flies high over his gander RV business

in statesville North Carolina along interstate 77.

Lemontus who's best known for his CNBC show The Prophet has refused to remove

the 40 by 80 foot flag that the city said is too large and violated city ordinance.

There is no flag. There is no way that flag is coming down. Lemontus

tweeted the city recently filed a lawsuit seeking to force the company to

take down the flag and they've they've imposed a $50 a day of fine.
