Summary

Staying cool, calm and collected when planning your wedding, is often easier said than done. I talk a lot about aesthetics in the wedding podcast…how things will look, where to buy the best stuff etc but today I wanted to step back and focus on how you feel because no matter how flashy the dress or suit, if you aren’t happy and glowing on your wedding day on the inside, then you might as well just pack up and go home. Today’s guest is a nutritionist, life coach, and yoga lady Jennifer Helene. She runs a bridal coaching course and today shares ways to find calm, get centered and focused in the lead up to your big day and how to keep that coolness after the wedding! BAM.
