And this is episode 445 of the show.

So, the beginning part of this is, well, it's going to be a leadership training, so you'll

get through it.

But the opening part is really, really powerful.

I was right in the middle of 75 hard when I recorded this and my personal development was

like six hours a day.

So I don't go back to it because I ended up accidentally listening to this entire episode.

It is really good.

Lots of leadership stuff, lots and lots and lots of perspective and probably a couple

of times where you're going to feel like I'm slapping you across the face just a little

bit, but like gentle slaps.

You know, like, I won't hurt you.

So anyway, this episode is really powerful.
