Summary

Mental health is "in" right now. The problem is it means something different to everyone. In this episode of the What Was I Thinking podcast I outline what mental health means to me. How it affects me in my daily life, how I used to feel and how I am feeling now. It's not the funniest episode, but I truly hope you like it.

I was it 26 that it's separate, like mental health services aren't included in your health

1:08.9

because in my experience how I'm feeling mentally directly coincides with how I'm feeling

physically. I've never really felt great physically. Well that that's a whole other topic but I've when I'm

1:26.4

feeling good for me physically it's always when I'm feeling happy mentally.

1:34.2

I've never felt, oh, you know, I'm really looking good

or feeling better and physically,

1:40.1

but in my head, I'm sad.

1:42.1

It never, it really correlates at least for me. I don't know if it's the same for you. But I don't, it's really sad to me. One of the more responses I got for episodes of the church and if you
