connecting with Walt Podcast. I am your host and dis historian Michael Bowling. And I am joined by my

co-host, producer, and good friend Craig Williams. Craig, how are you doing today? I'm doing

great. How are you, Michael? I'm doing well.

Thank you. It's finally warming up here. We're starting to see the first signs of spring.

Just a little. I'm done pruning my roses. And Orlando is still seasonless, so there's that.

But, hey, we have our seasons.

It's called the different festivals of the year, which we talked about last week.

Yeah.

So we're quickly approaching a new season.

Well, in our last episode of connecting with Walt Craig and I shared part one of our conversation with Disney historian and author Jim Corkas to talk about his latest book, Call Me Walt, Everything

You Never Knew About Walt Disney. So if you haven't listened to that episode, it would be a good

idea to go back and listen to it first. Now, Jim Corkas has written more than 20 books and hundreds of

articles about all things Disney for the past 35 years. And as I mentioned before, what makes his

writings unique from other writers is that the people he quotes, the stories he shares, come directly

from Walt's original animators and Imagineers.

So, Jim frequently has stories you won't find anywhere else.

And now here is the second part of our conversation with Jim.
