1:20.6 | for our 17-bed ICU. It would be a typical week would be a DKA patient a day or every other day. |
1:26.9 | So we definitely see a lot of DCA in most intensive care unit settings, |
1:30.9 | just by virtue of the monitoring required and the kinds of medications we give. |
1:35.3 | Generally, these patients have a very brief ICU stay, |
1:38.1 | typically between 12 and 24 hours until we kind of get them stabilized. |
