1:00.4	somewhat related to something like how do I stay more motivated or how do I stay disciplined or
1:06.2	just getting yourself to take the action that you know you need to take in order to achieve
1:10.6	the things that you know you want to achieve. So definitely wanted to answer that question outright.
1:15.6	But then also, I was inspired to do this because this is my life right now.
1:20.6	My son just had his three-month birthday not too long ago.
1:25.6	So we are officially out of the fourth trimester
1:29.4	which is you know what they call the first three months after your pregnancy and it has been a
1:35.5	joy it's been great you know having a family and you know seeing my son every day I'm like
1:40.3	oh my goodness he's so cute but y'all I am tired oh child I'm like, oh my goodness, he's so cute. But y'all, I am tired. Ooh, child, I'm tired. Your girl is
1:48.8	tired. And it's nothing short of a miracle that I get anything done, let alone as much as I'm
1:56.4	getting done, but life doesn't stop, you know. Grocer grocery still need to be bought. The house still needs to be
2:02.2	cleaned. And there's a lot of cleaning that I'm doing because, you know, little babies, they pee and
2:06.7	poop all over everything, which is crazy. But then, you know, I have my business to run. And, uh, I do
2:12.5	kind of marvel at how I'm getting this done. Part of me asked myself that all the time. Like, oh my goodness,
2:18.4	how did you just land this deal? How did you just, you know, record this podcast? How are you making
2:22.9	progress in this area? How am I keeping up with my social media? All of that. You know,
