I can't believe I'm your favorite guest.

I appreciate that already, even the people's, but it's like we're just talking about

it's remarkable to talk about the things that we do in life and the philosophies that

we have and the places we like to go and things that we like to do.

And yeah, and I think this last one was maybe so popular because we talked about some

suffering.

We talked a lot about life, I think in general, which is my first question.

So what the hell has been going on in Donnie Vincent's life since the last time we were

in a podcast, which was six months ago, roughly, I think this summer.

I have been, we have been at Sik Mant to just working on our latest film piece, which

I hope to never, ever be building a film again in the fall.

It was taxing to be filming in the wilderness and being in the wilderness and coming home

hungry and dehydrated and beat up and then walking into the office into what we call

real life and having Kyle Nicolay, my producer saying, hey, I need some writing from you

and it has to be awesome and inspired and not sucks.
