Jacua Land Rover announced their highest quarterly profits since 2017.

They say the perfect springboard for their move to electrification. The

Range Rover Electric currently undergoing road tests. There's also development underway for the

medium-sized SUV prototypes and a Jaguar electric car coming as well. Tesla's Gigaburlin seems

to have hit a new record of 6,000 model-wise per week. We know because of a LinkedIn update from one of their engineers, and they're all given some commemorative shirts with 6K on it, and that was in the video that he put up of his Model Y. The reply from the Tesla director of quality, Bob Falks seems to confirm. They've now hit that

wonderful milestone. Congratulations to Tesla and all the Gigaburlin team. A Czech startup called

MW Motors have produced a four-by-four off-road, very capable by the look of it, a vehicle,

which has a 57-kil-watt-hour battery, 90-kil-watt fast charging. But the point is,

it looks like a bit of a love child between a Suzuki chimney and a Mercedes G-Wagon. Why is it up

to a Czech startup to do what other companies that have already off-roaders in their roster could

have done? But this looks very capable with all of the stuff that you need to be a great

off-road vehicle. Minnesota is launching their EV rebate program for my listeners there.

Two and a half thousand dollars rebate new and $600 for a used EV purchase.

It opens on Wednesday. It's got to be less than a $55,000 purchase price of that EV.

And there's some other criteria as well. Bought since May last year. First come first serve because

those funds will run out. The UK has changed their VAT pricing on home battery. As at the beginning

of the month, you can now get a 20% discount on batteries in the UK because they've abolished

the VAT, the value added tax, the 20% tax that we pay on all goods and services here.
