| 1:04.0 | You know the first place that we actually ever sold the role was in Los Angeles. |
| 1:07.0 | I was living in Boston, more kind of a device job, medical devices and my cousin Sabre Mome was in Los Angeles. |
| 1:13.0 | So in real estate and I kind of came out here to visit him and have vacation and we decided we wanted to do something together. |
| 1:18.0 | And when we landed on this idea we basically said well let's start in Los Angeles versus the Northeast |
| 1:23.0 | because the food truck explosion was happening already in LA and ultimately it wasn't nearly as accessible or affordable to get this amazing main lobster product that we had. |
