Summary

Welcome to the first ever swapcast between two podcasts hosted by the same person. I am releasing the podcast like this for two reasons. The first reason is because I think the conversation I had with Alex is important. It helped me immensely and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Alex is a sports and exercise psychologist. He helps professional athletes achieve their goals. He also helps short, chubby, un-athletic people like me. I didn't plan on asking him to do a session with me, but once I understood what he did I had to ask.

The second reason is I made a mistake. I have been releasing The Waistline Podcast on a separate youtube channel. That was stupid. I tell everyone not to do that. I have uploaded all of the past episodes of The Waistline podcast to my personal youtube channel and all of future episodes will live there as well.

Enjoy!
