All right, guys, so I'm really excited for today's podcast, simply because most

of the time, or, I mean, in the last month, the last four podcasts I've done, it's really just

been me talking.

And I'll tell you something interesting when I started this podcast, um, experience, if you

will, there were people, people tell me like, you know, people want to know you and they want

you to be, um, they just want to hear what

Sean T is like outside of his workouts and his videos. And I was like, okay, that's cool.

But to be very honest, like, I don't thrive off of myself. I thrive off of people. And that's why I got into this world. I was teaching

classes and just seeing the smiles on people's faces is what really made me happy. And I saw that they

feel good or they felt good. And that's kind of we talked about that before. But just kind of go a

little bit further into this. You know, when you watch my infomercials,

and I'm sure you all have been up watching infomercials, and I don't know what makes you buy the infomercial.
