So I was a commercial real estate broker for number of years.

My job was obviously to get listings, to find sellers.

It's kind of interesting the evolution of it because the first problem that I had when

I was in that industry was I needed to figure out who the owners were.

its own LLC, and then there's a holding company and it was like, man, and I needed to get
