version. When I hit 40, I had one goal in mind, and that was to be in the best shape of my life. And it really,

for me at that time, was two things. One was a number on the scale. And the second was, you know,

being able to fit into my skinny genes. Like that was my measurement of health. I was eating

all day. Breakfast was my most favorite meal.
