I know that we are living in unprecedented times right now as we head into 2021.

So what I want to talk to you about today is gratitude.

Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to shift your energy from being negative to being positive.

Gratitude, it's a very high energy word and when I use word energy,

I'm talking about the bio-electric field that surrounds us,

that when somebody's really happy, it's infectious and you can feel it.

When someone's really angry, that's also can be infectious and you can feel it.

When somebody walks in the room and they're angry, you can feel their anger.

That's what I'm talking about.

So by shifting your thoughts to anything negative that you're focusing on

and instead think about everything you have to be grateful for.

It's a really quick way to kind of push the reset button on maybe the bad day that you're having.

I recently had a conversation with my son when he was driving back to college

and it was like the last hour of his trip and he was tired.

He'd been driving for eight hours and I just stayed on the phone with him

and we were talking about a couple of things that he had experienced in his friend group or whatever.
