A lot of movies, this means cancer.

Every movie you see those guys cough into their hand, and they're blood on their hand, or they wipe their nose and flush it.

So Barbeque's going to be doing this entertainment drill with a tissue jammed in his nostril covered in blood already.

Yeah, it's better than that booger whistle we hear every once in a while.
