I, uh, in my allergy stupor sat and watched split screen.

The World Baseball Classic and the Oscars. That baseball classic is a blast. Did you watch any of that last night? Oh, awesome. I was so buried in the Oscars. Me too. I didn't know it was on until you guys started throwing text messages back forth. I'm like, oh, yeah, that is on. All right, I'll flip it on. It was, uh, I used to try to watch all the best picture nominees, like back in the day.

Before.

Like, I didn't see any of them.

And then because I felt like crap, I could sit.

And I'm like, well, you might as well get one of these in.

And I tried to watch what ended up being best picture, one battle after another. How is it? Didn't finish it. Couldn't get through it. It's long. It's, well, it's boring, too. It's like midway through. I'm like, I realize, this is where my new me is with movies. If I don't care that the lead character is dying, if he dies, I don't care, I just stop. I'm like, I have no, like, if DeCaprio died at the point I turned it off, I'd have been like, that's fine. I had no, I didn't care if his daughter who he's looking for dies. I don't care if he dies. I don't care if Sean Penn dies. I don't care. I did care if that Tiana Taylor dies because she's, she's worth watching for the first hour. All right. But Sean Penn's character is funny. It's all right until it's not. Finio De Toro. He's the funny one. To me, Sean Penn's character is disturbingly dark, like sociopathic. Oh, yeah. He's Cotton Hill from King of the Hill. He's the Grandpa. That's what I'm saying. It just takes you away. I mean, you buy into the character. Yeah, but he's got like every, oh, he's in it. Yeah. But I didn't care. Like, the whole thing is just a drag. It just keeps going and going. Two years in a row I've watched the best picture. Last year that one about that hooker with the Russians and I'm like, everybody was going on. That was horrible. It had so much sex in it that you're like, all right, maybe. You get bored with the sex. What? I know. We've got Pornhub now. We don't need this. You're not that good looking and it was just terrible. I couldn't get through it. So I'm watching the thing last night. The only thing I watched the Oscars for to see if Conan O'Brien was funny, he was fine. And just anything that happened. Nothing happened. And my takeaway is I wish Kylie Jenner had talent because she's the only thing that I kept looking at going,

man, that should win an award by itself.
