This is the Hyone College basketball box.

I got Mad Norlander with me.

I got San Fassini with me.

We got a lot to get to, obviously, including Tom Crane just running away with the Big

10 title up there on that ladder, cutting those nets.

But we're going to start with what is the biggest topic and will be the biggest debate

in college basketball between now and selection Sunday.

And that's whether the Wichita State Soccer should receive an at large bid to the

Incipalate Tournament, whether the Wichita State Soccer will receive an at large bid

to the NCAA Tournament because they lost, as you know, in the NBC, semi finals in

overtime to Northern Iowa, Northern Iowa team that went on to win the automatic bid.

They're going to be in the tournament for the second straight year.

So let me go through the resume first and we're going to talk about it.

All right, your basics, Wichita State is 24 and eight.

The ranked 10th at Kenpom, the ranked 47th at the RPI, they have one top 70 win RPI.

That's a 67-50 win over Utah.

They have three losses outside of the top 50 of the RPI, specifically losses to Alabama,

Illinois State, and twice to Northern Iowa.

Now here's the deal.

They played four games without Fred Van Vley.

I think everybody understands that they went one in three in those four games.
