Summary

We all have different seasons in life that we experience. This can be both literally and figuratively. As the seasons change, we have to change our schedules and routines. So while we may find a routine or schedule that works initially, it may not always stay that way. Listen to Michelle as you join her in a week in the life summer edition. She will talk you through planning out her days in order to reach goals in her business and on giving back to herself both mentally and physically. She will share some successes and processes for getting things done.   SUBSCRIBE & REVIEW Are you subscribed to our podcast? If you’re not, I want to encourage you to do that today. Well, hello there, top teachers. Today, I am your solo host, Michelle Farray, and I am here to make

0:06.9

your life easier by helping you manage your time, organization, and productivity as a teacher.

0:13.9

Now, today's episode is going to be another week in the life, but it's going to be different

0:18.9

because it is summertime. Can we just have a

0:22.6

quick moment of silence for everything teachers had to endure this year? Yeah, it was a lot.

0:28.4

Now, Bridget and I have previously recorded two other Week in the Life episodes each. So one of them

0:34.6

was when I was teaching in the classroom. and the other one is when I was teaching

0:38.8

that time so that I can be productive. I do like to be a little bit lazy in the summer. Okay,

1:06.6

I am human. But at the same time, I don't want to waste all of this valuable time.

1:12.4

I do want to make sure that I'm getting things done, checking boxes off of my list,

1:16.3

and really maximizing the time that I have.

1:20.0

So without further ado, let's jump into it.

1:32.8

We are starting off this Week in the Life episode on Sunday morning.

1:41.6

Now, my summers do tend to be pretty laid back, but my weekends in the summer tend to be even more laid back than my weekdays.

1:45.3

During the week, I do like to follow a schedule, and that just works for me. I really, really thrive on a routine. But on the weekends, I like to be more

1:51.9

loosey-goosey, you know, I like to go with the flow. I don't want to have to be up at a certain

1:56.1

time if I don't have to. I don't want to have to follow a schedule. And that's my plan today to be

2:01.3

Lucy Goosey. Now, I did sleep in this morning. Billy and I both did. Yesterday morning,
