Hey everybody. This is David with Light the Fight. Thanks for joining us as always. And

the us today is just me. Again, Heidi is not with me today. She's still doing her

change of life adventure and her fitness journey over at Movara.

And if you haven't listened to our last episode about her first day experience,

It's a short episode.

But she wanted to do an episode on what it was like when she first started Movaara.

And then at the very end, we'll be posting later on this week, her overall two-week experience from the whole entire time being there,

what she learned about herself, you know, her body, her, what kind of fitness goals she comes

back with. So all of you who follow Heidi and follow the podcast, I want to know more about

that and check her out, go ahead and listen and stay tuned for that podcast. But because

she's gone, I'm here manning the helm all by myself again, trying not to steer it into

a reef. Because as right now, I'll be honest to you guys. I'm thinking about surfing,

thinking about going home, just a few

days left to my vacation that I've been talking about. And if any of you can relate to me,

sometimes you've got such a big vacation that you're worried about all these little details.

This could go wrong, that could go wrong. And this time I'm feeling good about it and don't

want to jinx it and say it's going to be perfect, but everything's lining up

to be great. The weather is supposed to be great. The surf, which is a big deal to me, it's supposed to be

great. And I've checked all my favorite restaurants' websites, and apparently they're still open,

so that's a good thing. I don't think those places will ever shut down as long as they're humans

there because I've got some good food out there in Southern California.
