amazing opportunity to meet a lot of people.

I tell people, exercise and eating healthy is a daily struggle for myself.

But I've been in the fitness industry for a long time and love, hate it.

I was actually really surprised and then also comforted to hear you say that you actually dread

No, I was thinking even just today because, again, we're all motivated by different things,

but for me, I just, I feel better when I'm done.
