What's up, guys?

That's just my little happy song.

I want to start off the podcast tonight with, well, I'm recording it at night with a better vibe.

Last week, I was beat down.

I was tired.

It took me a little while to catch my win and get going on the podcast.

But today, it's a different case.

It's a new week.

I'm riding a different wave.

And part of it, I'm excited for my family, California trip trip get to go do all the fun things I love

surf beach all those things and so I'm excited to go home

see all my friends family members and just relax a little bit

so I'm in a much better mood you don't have to worry about

trying to counsel me and tell me it's going to be okay

because I was able to talk myself out of it and

I'm having a much better week and just a great day overall.

And I wanted to thank everybody that's been a constant listener and fan of the Life Fight podcast.

We last week had our very best week ever of downloads.

And so that's all thanks to all of your support and just for sharing our

podcast with your friends, communicating with us. And also I'd like to apologize again.
