Can you give us a glimpse to what it was like before?

1:49.5	Yeah, I guess I'll go back almost 11 years. I ran a mortgage company and we had grown it from the ground up.
1:56.6	I started with five business partners and we had six people, six partners and we had six assistants that we started with five business partners, and we had six people, six partners, and we had six
2:03.3	assistants that we started with.
2:05.2	We grew it over a couple of years to 250 employees and 10 offices, and the housing crisis
