Maower and today we are talking about the federal court in Germany ruling to

allow German cities to ban diesel vehicles as well as a ruling from the

California DMV to allow fully driverless vehicles to be tested in California.

Tesla stock on Monday closed up 1.53% to $357.42,

this compared to the NasdDAQ up 1.15 percent.

Supercharger network update, we have three new stations opening up, one in Michigan,

one in Croatia, and one in Taiwan, bringing the total count up to 1,170 supercharging locations.

Big news today on the future of the diesel engine.

The Federal Administrative Court in Germany has ruled on a case brought up by environmental group,

DUH. From Wikipedia, quote,

DUH is a non-profit environmental and consumer protection

association supported by public and private project grants

and donations.

It is a member of the European

Environmental Bureau in Brussels. It has the legal right to represent group claims in

court against projects that it considers a threat to the environment. The group also

aims to provide a forum for dialogue between environmental

organizations, politicians, and business people."

To me it was a little confusing about who was on what side of this case, so I'm going
