Maower and today we are talking about the first model three non-owner

reservation holders being invited to configure. And we also have a little bit of

news on some autopilot 2 progress.

Tesla stock on Thursday closed up 3.86% to $346.17

this compared to the Nasdak down 0.11%.

As I'm recording this on Friday,

Tesla stock is up another 1.5% or so,

exceeding 350, which means that we have now

fully recovered from the dip that we saw

after the earnings report a couple of weeks ago.

Now you may remember the earnings report week was a little bit rough for me in terms of recording

the podcast, but I did publish an episode that Monday prior to earnings and I just wanted to play a clip from that because

I think that this was somewhat anticipatable if that's a word in

terms of the movement that we saw with the stock price.

So for some added context we went into earnings with a stock price of $345 and we are now about two weeks and two days after earnings.

Since it is Friday and it's still the same voice, I will put my own little sound effect in here to indicate the beginning and the end of the clip.

So, bum, bum.

I think there's maybe a tendency right now to be underestimating the impact of 5,000 model 3s

per week just because it has been delayed.

Even 1,000 model 3s per week is pretty impressive.
