We’re talking about what mindfulness is, how to practice it in your every day and why you should, and I’m also sharing some practical ways you can incorporate some of these tips. And these responses were so broad, so broad and so varied in their range that, honestly, I felt a little bit overwhelmed with where to actually begin the conversation here on the show.
