But for my behind-the-scenes look at a week in my life, I am going to be doing check-ins in the

morning and in the evening.

During my morning check-in, I'm going to talk to you all about what my

intentions are for the day. What am I hoping to get done? And then at the end of the day, I'm

going to reflect on what I actually did get done, because we all know that plans are not always

reality. Now, I have a feeling this episode is going to be a pretty long one because I am going to be checking in twice a day for seven days.

It is currently about 5.30 in the morning.

I have been adjusting my schedule and waking up earlier. I can't say I've been fully enjoying it, but I do love how productive I am able to be.

But this Sunday in particular is actually a little bit different. I am not at home. I am currently

at Bridget's house because I travel up to where

Bridget lives about once a month for us to batch some podcast episodes. We will sit down and record

several episodes at one time. I drove up here yesterday morning. We spent the whole day working and I got
