So I'm super excited if it starts cracking and booming and whatever I'm walking outside.

It is about to downpour. I am positive about this.

Oh so I'm trying to like keep myself dry. It's not gonna happen.

So I need to get this podcast done because you guys know you need a show every single day to keep your head space right,

etc. and I'm also just in a really great head space. I'm really enjoying my time here in Italy.

I'm really enjoying today in particular and today we were I was doing training and I my favorite way to train

I think and this is something that maybe a lot of people don't know is I think what a lot of coaches mentors network marketing trainers or whatever do and

write this down if you're a leader is they just talk at their people they assume that they know what the people want they assume

like they know what the people need and I just I can't do that.

I'm like for me I'm like I I was always somebody that people would judge they'd say oh she's 22 like when I started business

Oh she's 22 she doesn't know you know what she needs and I knew what I needed just like you know what you need and just like all those people know

What they need and so what I do is I actually get in front of a room. I hope you guys are writing notes

I get in front of the room and I actually ask I say okay, so

Hit me with your questions. I'm gonna answer literally every single thing you want and then we're gonna go from there

And it ends up being this beautiful magical ramble rants training whatever and it's so so powerful because everybody then gets their questions answered

Their needs met and then everybody feels like they all win and so I hope you take note on that

That is not what this podcast is about but I feel like I just want to get that out there and out of my brain and into your hearts

So you can start training the same and you can even do the same thing obviously with your teams

You can do the same thing everywhere. You can do the same thing before you jump on a call on a Tuesday night or whatever
