And I always say that to myself. When I'm scared, when there's risk, I can always get back on the train.

I can always go home, right? I can always go back to safety. You can always find another job that you hate.

You can always fire that employee and get your money back. You could decide not to hire that person after interviewing a bunch of people.

You could decide, this strategy doesn't work for me anymore

and stop using it. Right? You can always go back to safety. It's not set in stone. If you take a risk,

you're not there stuck there forever. There's always the option to return to what is safe and comfortable,

right? It's not the end of the world. So when you think about,

oh, I'm taking this massive, enormous risk, actually you're not in a lot of ways. It's really not
