And so I know we're on to something

when I hear it from so many people that that's the number one struggle is the negative self-talk and you know all these thoughts that they have in their head that are not serving them.

and how I reframed it to have my mind work for me.

I really thought that you were either so many that it was actually possible that a normal girl could create her own riches

until I read that book and I realized wow the sky is the limit all I have to do is
