0:22.6	I've got three briefs for you this morning that are shaping America and the world.
0:27.6	First up, it is a big, big day in Wisconsin, and not just because it is April Fool's Day.
0:31.9	No, it is a vote in that state for the state's Supreme Court, which could impact not just people up there,
0:37.7	but everybody in this country. No full one. I'll explain that coming up.
0:41.6	Second, we take three stops this morning in New York, California, and D.C. to appreciate how much
0:46.9	has changed on the southern border over the past nine weeks or so, with a stop in D.C., by the way,
0:51.7	that is making migrant activists absolutely furious.

0:57.0	Later, we go to Europe this morning for some shocking electoral news from France and some equally shocking politics out of Romania.
1:03.7	We will put on our spy hats this morning and put those puzzle pieces together to understand, well, first, why we should care, and then offer some advice to
1:11.6	President Trump. But first, let's get to our top domestic story of the morning. If you live in
1:17.6	Wisconsin, well, congratulations. It's a lovely state. But also, today is a very, very big day. Please
1:23.8	get to the polls to understand why. Let's go to the capital of Madison this morning. Such a
1:28.9	great city. As CNN and others report, we've got a critical state Supreme Court vote today. Two judges
1:34.7	are in the race, one Democrat and one Republican. If the Democrat wins, that's going to keep that
1:39.6	court, the Supreme Court leaning to the left by one vote as it currently does. But if the Republican wins, that's going to flip it to the right.
1:47.4	As ABC and Fox News report, the race has attracted over $90 million in spending,
1:52.6	$40 million for the liberal candidate, $50 million for the conservative,
1:56.5	making it the most expensive in state history.
1:59.3	And the reasons for that are pretty darn clear.
