And that is Maurice Watson's Torn ACL at Creighton.

We, I think most of us were celebrating MLK Day on Monday.

And a lot of us were watching College Basketball in the afternoon.

And Maurice Watson went down, non-contact, and what eventually became Creighton's victory at Xavier.

And afterward, even though Mo Watson had told, reportedly told Greg McDermott his coach that he heard it popping that he's quote, done.

Greg McDermott, I'm assuming after talking with the medical staff, said publicly on Monday evening that the ligaments seemed fine.

That there might be a meniscus problem, but that the ligaments, specifically the ACL, seemed okay.

And yet, they got back to Omaha, had an MRI done yesterday afternoon.

And we find out that that just was not the case.
