Well, I got to tell you, people are so frustrated by this that a new company has started

Well, I'm going to discuss buyer's remorse and what you should be thinking about with

So customer no service is something that I saw a poll result recently in an AP story

that two thirds of Americans, two thirds of Americans report feeling rage about the

way they were treated or in their opinion mistreated by a company.

This is something that's a universal.

You know, I've been using the phrase customer no service for 25 years and I have people

come up to me and they say, hey, I got customer no service from blah, blah, blah.

They use it as a phrase now because it's one that people can identify with and tap into.

So I was particularly fascinated when I was contacted by a reporter with the Washington
