I love making fun of lawsuits and lawyers.

And some of the most beautiful, delicious lawsuits are class action suits,

where a lawyer gets involved and you've been screwed as a

consumer.

Look what happened to me.

I have been horribly, horribly hurt, injured because of the actions of the defendant.

And that's exactly what this lawsuit is about.

It's against Hershey's who make Reese's peanut butter cups.

So this woman, Cynthia Kelly, thought that she was buying Halloween-themed Reese's peanut butter pumpkins, right?

It's basically the same, the peanut butter cup, but with a little pumpkin figure on it,

there was a cute carving of a pumpkin's mouth and eyes that was pictured that was on the labeling.

Right?

So there it was, and they peanut butter cups.

It's Halloween time, and here is the cup with the pumpkin face on it.

Fair enough. She bought it and she opened it.

She was horrified. Those are the words in the lawsuit. She was horrified to find there was no pumpkin carving at all.

It was only on the label where it looked like there was a pumpkin,

some kind of implant or some kind of label or some kind of, whatever.

The pumpkin, and she opened it up, and no, it wasn't.

It was only on the label was the look of a pumpkin on the same peanut butter cup.

Whoa.
