When a guy says, hey, man, I definitely, most fun I had in my career, I definitely want to be back.

How much stock you put in something like that, Ira?

Honestly, Sam, I think that's one of the best statements he made.

Of all the things he said that he talked about in his post-game press conference,

I think, and he's not the only guy that's talked about this.

And I know that liking each other does not guarantee winning or lose, right?

Because Michael Jordan Pippen didn't get along. I get it.

But there's something to be said about a collection of guys that are super talented and they

really enjoy coming to work together every day because it doesn't happen a lot.

Everybody that's listening probably has either is on or has been on a team of, you know, five to 20 people or you're in an office of however many people.

What are the likelihood that you like everybody in your office?

And you get along with everybody and you enjoy seeing them walk down the hall.

Like that's important when you want to have true success, when you're trying to build something.

And that's what they're doing.

And these guys, I put a lot of stock into it because what it also does, he put it out there,

which means other guys that can fit that vibe.

Not everybody can fit the vibe that they have in the locker,

but other guys that can fit that vibe are going to slide would fit in too.

It makes it sound very welcoming.

And, you know, people say Detroit is not, you know, the most attractive free agent

...
