What are they called?

That's what it's called.

Yeah.

I think you and I are in lockstep thinking that this thing is dead on arrival.

It would appear that that message is becoming clearer to everyone else too that the Bicton and the SEC will never sign.

They'll never get on board with this.

Yeah, so House Majority Leader, Steve Scalise, who's a Louisiana Republican,

he said, nobody can credibly say they're going to move a bill to address college

athletics and have opposition from the two major college athletic conferences.

He goes on to thank the committee for, you know, the Senate committee for doing their work and all that kind of stuff.

But I'm glad they're doing some work on the Senate side.

But for the House to be able to take up anything, you have to prevent employment status of these student athletes.

You also don't want to go open up all the schools to lawsuits.

So he's got a pretty realistic viewpoint of that this bill's going nowhere. The Aces are the SEC and the Big Ten had meeting with Ted Cruz yesterday apparently. And they put out a really long statement. But they summarized it. They put the kicker at the end where they said, we iterated that we do not support this bill in its current form, but look forward to continue to construct a dialogue with Senator Cruz and his team.

Like, there's a whole thing about that they don't agree.
