Alright guys, ever since I was really a little kid, I've always been interested in ancient

Rome.

So I don't know where the interest came from, but I think I remember being a little kid

and there were like documentaries on television and just getting to hear about all these ancient

Romans.

It was just like a really cool environment.

It seemed like it's like if you could go back in time, maybe you'd want to go to that

area.

I think the very first R-rated movie I ever saw was Gladiator.

I think that came out when I was like just getting out of elementary school or maybe

early in junior high or something like that.

And so that was like a really cool movie and so it took place in Rome and it was just

really awesome thing and the thing about ancient Rome is there's always the normal characters

that we always hear about, right?

So you've got Julius Caesar, you've got Caesar Augustus, Cicero, Mark Antony, Plutarch,

Trajan, Nero, Constantine, like there's just all kinds of different people that we hear

about all the time.

So there's been shows made about these people, there's been plays made about these people.

And so we just know a whole lot about all these different people.
