Summary

Hi all! Sorry for the delay but I think you're really going to enjoy this episode. I have been fat all of my life and I am sick of it. My brother Jordan has a degree in Behavioral Health science and has been helping people reach their nutrition and workout goals for more than a decade. I've asked for his help in losing weight and we're going to share that process with you. We talk about what has held me back before, my current struggles with food and working out, and some of the ways Jordan hopes to help me fix those issues.

Jordan will come on What Was I Thinking once a month or so to give updates, but we are also launching a Patreon for those who want to follow along on a more regular basis and who want to join in and get healthy with me.
