Have you in the last week or so seen any falling iguanas?

No falling iguanas, a lot of falling temperatures, no falling snow, at least in our part of our land.

Just happy that we didn't get this weather for the cheese it bowl.

It was a little chilly, but not like this.

So, yeah, just grateful for small victories and hoping it gets out of the way when, uh, when we get the, uh, powerful one-two

punch of, uh, scruble and Valdez, uh, later this month in Lakeland. Yeah, we're going to get

to that coming up, needless to say in a little bit. It's, bit. I do find it remarkable that you've probably needed the same clothes that you wore for the Michigan, Ohio State game that you've needed some of those the last week or so down in Orlando. That is pretty remarkable to me. It is true. Yes, I wore clothes. I didn't even remember I had. All right. So since you brought it up, we'll get to the Michigan basketball conversations a little bit, but since you brought it up, the Tigers early in the week signed a lefty to a big contract, but not that lefty. That lefty, however, won a lot of money in arbitration. So all of a sudden the tigers over for one year anyway, they're going to have, if they don't make any moves,

they're going to have about $ they don't make any moves,

they're going to have about $70 million invested in two left-handed pitchers.

And that's as good of one-two punches, just about anybody's going to have in the league.

When you saw the news that Framber Valdez signed with the Tigers, what was your reaction?

Well, I was stunned.

I couldn't believe that the Eil family had spent this kind of money this way and on this

picture, but stunned in a happy way because this is this really, I think,

cements the tigers that they stay healthy as a true world series contender

rather than sort of just a playoff contender.

So very, very happy.

I really love the way the contract lines up because Hobby Baez is off the payrolls after next year.

And then Valdez will also be off the payrolls next year, uh, even if it doesn't work out. Um, and then we don't know, uh, scubel is, is obviously a huge question mark, probably not staying, but you could potentially trade him or you could just make a go for broke world series run
