And I made the comment before we came back on that took my wife, mother-in-law, son down to the Bruno concert on Sunday.

And as much as I've been to downtown Detroit a lot, every time I go down there, I am just amazed with something else looks new.

Something else looks great.

And Detroit, downtown Detroit is looking more and more like a showcase piece, which

is something 30 years ago, you never would have said, right?
