We're now still looking at Democratic control of the Senate and Republican control of the House,

at least for a few more weeks. So until those new legislators take the oath of office,

what happens then? What can Congress accomplish? What is likely to be accomplished? What's going to happen with judges and justices? Is any of the Supreme Court justices going to retire? And if so, who might it be? Will there be any effect on Trump's cabinet secretary picks? Will any of them get any hearings before they are sworn in during Senate confirmation hearings after January 21st?
